This printable passport can be used along with your Geography and Social Studies lessons each week. The Passport includes a cover and a photo page you can fill in for your child.
Each week when we study a different country we make an entry into our passport. Sometimes it is a clip-art stamp, a flag sticker, a drawing, a handwriting sample of the country name or one of our passport stamps.
Instructions:
Download the Passport File. (Adobe Acrobat 5.0 or higher required)
Choose a cover, print and laminate it.
Print the photo page and fill in your child's details and photo.
Then cut several pages the same size as the photo page, fold and staple.
